Unless otherwise stated all of our standard repairs and refurbished equipment are covered under a 1 year warranty. Cordless phones suffer more abuse and have a 6 month warranty.

Our warranty does not cover:

bullet Liquid spill
bullet Lightning and surge damage
bullet Excessive abuse
bullet Incorrect installation
bullet Shipping charges
bullet Defective handsets on repaired items
bullet Defective handset cords or line cords
bullet Any additional parts not included with standard repair such as new LCD displays

Warranty requirements:

bullet Warranty tags must be intact. The item cannot have been tampered with.
bullet Proper troubleshooting must be preformed.
bullet You must contact us in writing about the warranty issue before returning items for warranty. Phone calls cannot be saved for reference and we will have no idea what troubleshooting steps were performed when the item is returned.
bullet Problem descriptions are required for warranty repair. Warranty service does not include searching for a problem. If a valid problem description is not included then the warranty may be void and full repair charge will be invoiced.
